Welcome to the Diploma application page. The first step is to fill out the form below and submit it. Next you will receive an e-mail confirming that we have received your application form. Within 10 days the panel will review your application and you will receive the decision by e-mail. The scholarship covers the cost of the 2 days training, manuals, handouts and certification.
