Included as part of your Master Practitioner, you will receive the
chance to expand your coaching skills and study Corporate Coaching.
Building on your Master Practitioner skills you will learn:
• How to use Typology in your coaching (Myers Briggs, one of the
most researched typology in the world)
• Understanding Corporate culture and language
• Applied Values Coaching based on the work of Dr Claire Graves
• Emotional Intelligence in Coaching
• Experience self as a coach and as an instrument of change in
organizations
• Determine your own coaching style, guided by theory and practice
• APPLY multiple data collection and analysis
techniques to guide coaching interventions.
• INTEGRATE organizational behaviour concepts with
coaching practices at the individual, group and organizational
levels.
• ENHANCE your strategic and focused conversation
skills.
• EXPLORE cutting edge approaches for leveraging
coaching capabilities throughout the organization (group and peer
coaching).
You will also explore different theories on leadership and
organizations and how they apply to coaching.
There is a different process when either introducing coaching to an
organisation or marketing yourself to corporate world. You will
learn how to approach companies in a systemic way to grow your
coaching practice.
Best practice for introduce a coaching culture in your company is
also covered.
To become a Licensed Corporate Coach
you will need to complete the following accreditation process
• Attend the NLP Master Practitioner
• Attend the extra 4 days Corporate Coaching Course
• Submit 25 worksheets
• Submit 25 coaching progress sheets
• In-depth review and your own conclusions of a coaching book from
the recommended reading list (template given 3000 words each)
• Write a 5000 word thesis on corporate coaching, from a list of
coaching topics
• Submit answers to a written test
• Pass practical coaching test assessments
• Depending on how you are going to use coaching you will either
submit a coaching business plan or a company integration plan (how
you intend integrate coaching in your work place)
